The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the DeWitt region seeking Maintenance Technicians. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential machinery issues. Install, commission, and de-commission manufacturing machinery. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment history records. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and production line stoppages. Recommended QualificationsProven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including PLC diagnostics and repair. Proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Thorough understanding of safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
