How You Will Make a Difference: Provide direct, compassionate care to our patients and residents with a commitment to quality. Supervise daily activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Comply with Federal, State, and Local Standards, and facility policies as directed by the Director of Nursing. Ensure all nursing personnel adhere to established protocols and procedures. What You Need to Make a Difference: Active RN license in the state of residence. Current CPR Certification. Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle pressure. Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Strong assessment and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
