Your Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations; report any illegal activities such as robbery or fraud. Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Perform ordering functions and maintain inventory management for medications and supplies. Keep workstations and customer areas organized and clean. Accurately prepare and dispense medications following best practices. Handle billing procedures effectively to ensure value for customers and the company. Provide a stellar customer experience by accurately processing transactions and assisting customers. Support pharmacists in their duties while adhering to HIPAA regulations and company policies. Engage with customers of all backgrounds, providing support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally. Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Must be at least 18 years old. Capable of handling highly confidential information. Meets state-specific requirements for pharmacy technicians. Desired Qualifications: Previous experience in a pharmacy setting. Familiarity with pharmacy operations and logistics. Experience with EPRN systems.
