The Opportunity As a core member of the Salesforce Development team, you will design and implement tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform, aligning with our firm's distinct needs. In your managerial role, you will oversee project execution, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices while managing releases and deployments. This position provides an exciting chance to collaborate with business stakeholders and resolve intricate issues, enhancing the performance of our Salesforce applications. Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback Effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges Monitor application performance and implement improvements Promote a culture of quality and excellence within the team Guide junior developers on their professional journey What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree A minimum of 6 years of experience Salesforce Developer II certification (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect) For candidates without a degree, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each year of college not completed, in addition to the experience required above. What Sets You Apart Preferred Salesforce Developer (Admin or Architect) certification Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations Knowledge of Salesforce security and governance Familiarity with Agile methodologies Problem-solving and analytical prowess Exceptional communication and leadership skills Experience with version control systems Compensation The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state, the salary range is $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation will depend on the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All selected candidates are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
