SAP Support Subject Matter Expert

Join our team as an SAP Support Subject Matter Expert! We are at the forefront of a major transition for a key branch of the Department of Defense, moving from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA. This critical upgrade project emphasizes a fit-to-standard approach with minimal customizations and a focus on aligning with the standard configurations of S/4 HANA. Your role will be essential in defining requirements for this upgrade and supporting vital business process re-engineering. As part of cBEYONData + SMX, you will play a pivotal role in user enablement and ensuring a smooth transition for all users. This includes enhancing their experience and ensuring data readiness to keep them informed and engaged throughout the migration process. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging role-based and command-specific training, providing over-the-shoulder support where needed. Assist with help desk triage, user inquiries, and issue resolutions to ensure a seamless experience. Develop and maintain a rich repository of knowledge base content and user engagement materials. Coordinate and support town halls, Ask Me Anything sessions, and Change Agent communications. Evaluate master data quality and propose data cleansing recommendations. Create UX design mockups while contributing to comprehensive data catalogs. Investigate AI-enabled support capabilities, including chatbot concepts, to enhance user assistance. Required Skills & Experience: Active Secret level clearance. 7-10+ years in SAP Training, Change Management, UX, Testing, or Data Support roles. Excellent communication, facilitation, and user engagement skills. Prior experience with DoD or federal ERP programs is essential. Desired Experience: Preferably experienced in supporting SAP S/4 environments. Experience with the Army or Navy is highly desirable.
