Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on manufacturing equipment. Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize production downtime. Install, test, and commission new equipment and machinery as required. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, during all work. Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for equipment reliability. Recommended QualificationsStrong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing PLCs and industrial control systems. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and best practices. Bonus QualificationsExperience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick). PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting experience (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley). Valid certifications for operating forklifts or aerial lift platforms.
