This position plays a critical role in ensuring a secure, fair, and smooth testing experience for all candidates. This project-based role provides an excellent opportunity for retirees or professionals seeking supplemental income The assignment allows participants to contribute their expertise in a structured, short-term capacity. Duties & Responsibilities:Maintain inventory and logs of secure, highly confidential testing materials Count and organize test materials; place tests in numerical order Distribute and collect answer sheets and test booklets Verify candidate identification and assign appropriate seating Monitor for and report breaches of test security Clarify test instructions when appropriate, without compromising test integrity Collect and account for all test materials at the end of each session Assist in ensuring testing procedures comply with standardized guidelines Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to remain alert, professional, and impartial throughout testing sessions Familiarity with standardized testing procedures is a plus Ability to handle confidential materials with discretion Minimum Qualifications:Completion of at least one semester of standardized test administration OR an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check (clean background required) Preferred: Active or retired teachers Preferred: Recent proctoring experience Must be available to work the entire duration of the project Application Requirements:Detailed resume required Include relevant testing or proctoring experience, education background, and availability This position is a temporary, part-time, project-based role.
