We seek a Manager of Audit Services with experience in various sectors of the Financial Services industry, particularly in Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, and Fintech. In this role, you will: Build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse clientele. Lead multiple teams and provide constructive feedback to team members at the conclusion of engagements. Proactively identify client concerns and implement solutions to address issues as they arise. Foster innovative ideas and business solutions that enhance service offerings to existing clients. Stay informed about the latest developments in auditing standards and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitive advantage for clients. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in public accounting with a focus on external audits. Demonstrated experience working with clients in Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, and Fintech. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in accounting and auditing practices. A professional demeanor, capable of interacting effectively with clients and team members at all levels. Ability to manage multiple engagements and projects concurrently. Experience supervising team members and guiding them through their tasks. Must be a licensed CPA in the applicable state or be eligible to obtain reciprocity. Willingness to work additional hours as necessary and travel to client sites. The expected salary range for this position is $81,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually based on various factors including skills, experience, and training.
