As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in achieving business objectives and maximizing profitability while leading a dedicated team. Your role will encompass managing daily operations, guiding management staff, setting clear performance objectives, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will also ensure that both regulatory and company standards are met while preparing detailed operations and financial reports. Oversee daily operations while managing budgets and setting strategic performance objectives. Recruit, train, and support management teams, conducting regular performance evaluations. Create and implement effective business, marketing, and advertising strategies. Manage stakeholder relationships and negotiate vital contracts. Continuously evaluate and streamline operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ensure all products and services adhere to quality and regulatory standards. Uphold company standards and procedures rigorously. Prepare and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual operations and financial reports. Address escalated customer issues, conduct incident reports, and manage legal actions. Recommend enhancements to services and products that boost sales potential and customer satisfaction. Foster a culture of individual recognition and performance review to meet targets. Engage with customers to assess their evolving needs and strengthen business relationships. Develop strategic field sales action plans to advance regional sales programs. Stay informed about industry trends, economic changes, and competitor movements to maintain market share. Support sales associates in generating leads and closing new deals. Implement innovative sales initiatives targeting key demographics. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate data on activities and accounts. Create cross-selling strategies and campaigns. Enhance regional sales volume to maximize potential. Organize and lead training sessions for new staff. Develop long- and short-term sales strategies for growth. Participate in the recruitment process for new employees. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED. 3+ years of management and leadership experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and project management tools. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Ability to multitask and remain efficient under pressure. Robust analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be at least 18 years old. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
