Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met. Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Implement and maintain robust quality control systems to ensure products meet customer specifications. Recommended QualificationsProven leadership experience in manufacturing operations management, including P&L responsibility. Strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a diverse workforce, fostering a safe and productive environment. Expertise in production planning, quality control systems, and operational efficiency optimization. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field. Bonus QualificationsSix Sigma Black Belt or Lean Expert certification. MBA or other relevant advanced degree. Proficiency with advanced manufacturing execution systems (MES) or specific ERP platforms (e.g., SAP). Demonstrated experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
