We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Project Manager for Water and Wastewater projects to join our innovative team and make a significant impact on the future of our environmental resources. In this role, you will lead diverse project teams, engage with clients and stakeholders, and drive our mission to deliver sustainable water solutions. Oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring exceptional performance in cost, schedule, quality, and compliance across various initiatives. Utilize your expertise in Design-Build processes to implement effective alternatives, cost estimation, risk assessments, supply chain management, project budgeting, scheduling, and all related commercial facets of project management. Lead project development from the initial concept through to successful completion while meeting program objectives for projects of varying sizes. Manage budgets, schedules, design and construction contracts, documentation, and ensure compliance with project procedures on assigned projects. Facilitate the approval processes for consultant invoices, contractor pay applications, and change orders in collaboration with the Control Manager. Participate actively in key project meetings, providing insightful updates and documentation during design sessions. Effectively resolve complex construction-related issues and disputes to maintain project momentum. Monitor project performance, conducting thorough analyses of scheduling and cost-control reports. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Excel in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with confidence and precision. Possess a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field, or have 15+ years of equivalent industry experience. Bring over ten years of experience in Design-Build projects pertaining to water, wastewater, water resources, and conveyance systems. Hold a Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE), or Architect license/certification (preferred). Be open to travel as required for project needs. Be prepared for the physical and environmental demands of the job, which may include standing, walking, coordination, and working in a variety of settings involving noise, moving machinery, confined spaces, and exposure to chemicals. #LI-JL1 Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
