As a Principal, you will empower leaders at Humana to utilize modern tech in enhancing healthcare and insurance services for our patients and members. Your Key Responsibilities Craft a unified IT strategy that aligns with enterprise and business goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations that clearly articulate data-driven challenges, opportunities, and strategic roadmaps to achieve successful outcomes. Drive the implementation of IT strategies by working collaboratively with business and technology leaders, ensuring effective execution by operational teams and facilitating follow-ups. Mentor and guide IT Strategy team members, as well as others through enterprise partnerships. Inspire and educate colleagues on IT strategy through workshops and coaching sessions, enhancing their understanding and ability to implement strategies effectively. Remain up-to-date with emerging technologies and innovative ideas that could influence our future. Make an Impact with Your Skills Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Significant experience with a leading management consulting firm. 5-10 years in corporate, business, or technology strategy, engaging with executives and senior leaders. A strong enthusiasm for enhancing consumer and stakeholder experiences. Proficient in strategic tools, including presentations, documents, and data spreadsheets. Availability to work primarily East Coast hours. Preferred Qualifications Experience in technology and/or digital transformation initiatives. Background in health insurance, healthcare services, or integrated healthcare systems. Experience in large organizational settings. Skills in business analytics and/or financial analysis. A Master's degree or further post-secondary education. Additional Information The ideal candidates should reside in or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance for a hybrid work setup (approximately 3 days in-office). Locations include: Washington, D.C. metropolitan area Louisville, KY metropolitan area Denver, CO metropolitan area Dallas, TX metropolitan area Ft. Interview Process Our hiring process for this role will use an interviewing technology called HireVue, enabling us to efficiently connect with you concerning your relevant skills and experience at a time that fits your schedule. Work Schedule This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Compensation The estimated salary range for this position is between $138,900 and $191,000 per year, based on skill level, experience, and geographic considerations. This position is also eligible for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.
