Learn more about us at You Are: As a Guidewire Technology Delivery Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the delivery of projects and programs for large, complex accounts within a multi-geography delivery model. The Work: Oversee the delivery of technology solutions and applications to insurance clients using a globally distributed team. Manage contract financials, ensuring adherence to delivery commitments. Create a supportive and motivating environment that enables team members to excel. Identify and implement innovative opportunities leveraging new IT capabilities (such as Next Generation Testing, Agile Delivery, Continuous Integration, APIs, and Microservices) to enhance cost efficiency, quality, and speed of project execution. Facilitate stakeholder governance to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Travel may be required for this position, ranging from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client requirements. Here's What You Need: At least 10 years of professional experience. At least 4 years of direct experience in managing large-scale technology programs and projects. A minimum of 3 years managing contract financials and ensuring delivery commitments are met. A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Guidewire in the insurance sector. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (12 years), or an Associate Degree with 6 years of relevant work experience.
