Join our dynamic team and make a significant impact as an Aggregate Maintenance Technician - Swing Shift! About the Role: As an Aggregate Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in keeping our mining processing equipment in top condition. Your expertise will be key in performing inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance for our processing and conveying equipment. You'll also prepare vital daily and weekly reports, and we're excited to offer a $3,500 sign-on bonus! What You'll Accomplish: Schedule and execute preventative maintenance based on manufacturer recommendations and company protocols. Maintain an inventory of essential replacement parts for quick repairs. Inspect plant equipment regularly to ensure optimal conditions, performing necessary repairs and adjustments. Report any required repairs or notable findings to your Supervisor promptly. Conduct emergency repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime due to plant breakdowns. Adhere to all safety, environmental, and company policies while completing tasks and ensure all paperwork is filed swiftly. Promote health, safety, and environmental policies and foster a safety-oriented culture. What We're Looking For: Education: High School diploma or its equivalent. Work Experience: Experience in mechanical repair, installation, and maintenance in industrial settings is required. Basic mechanical aptitude and skills in industrial maintenance including stick welding, arc welding, light fabrication, cutting torch usage, and proficiency with hand tools. Preferred: Experience in operating skid-steers, man-lifts, and other industrial equipment. Basic computer skills are necessary. Additional Requirements: Compliance with all safety protocols and the proper use of approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is essential. Employees required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator meets the face to pass fit tests. What We Offer: Competitive salary.
