Employment Details Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible Work Setting: On-site Work Schedule Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM No weekend shifts Closed on major holidays Compensation Hourly Pay: $17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience Benefits (Available after 180 days of full-time employment) Medical insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid holidays Two weeks of paid vacation Key Qualifications State Pharmacy Technician license is not required, but preferred Immunization certification is preferred but not required Open to entry-level candidates and new graduates Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Background Prior retail pharmacy experience Strong customer service skills Multilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin a plus) Operational Environment Average prescription volume: 100-110 prescriptions per day Pharmacy management system: Micro Merchant Systems
