The Project Manager - Ground Up Federal/Government Contracting will oversee and manage construction projects within the federal and government contracting sector. Client Details About the client: Office located in Springfield, MA Projects throughout the US 65+ employees Markets Served: Ground Up Federal Construction projects from $500k - $40M Began operations in 1980 Description Manage all aspects of federal and government construction projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with all federal and government regulations and standards. Monitor project progress and promptly address any issues or delays. Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for stakeholders. Maintain high safety standards and promote a culture of safety on all job sites. Profile A successful Project Manager - Ground Up Federal/Government Contracting should have: Proven experience in construction project management, specifically in federal or government contracting. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
