Data Visualization Analyst

Milliman's CMH Health Practice is seeking a talented Data Visualization Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative team. Key Responsibilities: Design, maintain, and manage advanced dashboards and business intelligence solutions across platforms such as Power BI and Tableau. Conduct data analysis and validation to support strategic insights. Integrate AI-assisted analytics like predictive modeling and automated insights into reporting workflows. Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and transform complex data into actionable insights. Adhere to Milliman’s Quality Risk Management standards. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Visualization, or related field. 2+ years of relevant experience. Experience with Power BI and understanding of DAX, SQL, and Power Query preferred. Familiarity with analytics tools like Python or R is a plus. Ability to analyze large amounts of information accurately with keen attention to detail. Competencies for Success: Strong skills in data storytelling and presenting findings in engaging formats. Knowledge of healthcare analytics platforms and processing environments. Experience with programming languages such as SAS, SQL, Python, or R is beneficial. Familiarity with dimensional data modeling and data warehouse concepts. Curiosity regarding new analytics capabilities, including automated reporting and AI-driven insights. Salary: The salary range for this role is $65,200 - $161,575, depending on experience. Locations including Chicago, IL, Milwaukee, WI, and Hartford, CT are preferred for on-site work, although remote candidates will also be considered.
