Your Role: As a Personal Lines Account Executive on our Service team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Producers and Marketing Account Executives. You will manage larger and more complex client accounts, providing exceptional client service and serving as a mentor to your colleagues. You will be well-versed in coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting practices, and legislative changes while building strong relationships with clients and carrier representatives. You will exercise independent judgment in analyzing client coverage needs, offering tailored recommendations, and suggesting new lines of coverage as appropriate. Your Profile: If you have a strong professional history that aligns with the following criteria, we would love to connect with you: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training Five years of relevant experience in the insurance industry Appropriate insurance license(s) Outstanding client relations abilities, including strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset Proven leadership skills, including the ability to provide direction, constructive feedback, and motivation to the team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel occasionally, overnight as needed While not required, additional qualifications such as industry designations are a plus!
