In the afterhours service environment, our dedicated Key Client team serves top-tier clients with precision and care. As a Remote Afterhours Travel Counselor, you'll enjoy the convenience of working from home while delivering exceptional travel solutions and experiences. Your Responsibilities Include: Coordinating and reserving both domestic and international business travel for our VIP clientele, managing various complexities for air, ground, rail, and lodging needs. Utilizing various Global Distribution Systems (GDS), including Native Sabre and Amadeus, to manage travel arrangements. Communicating effectively with clients through both phone and email to ensure a seamless experience. Employing your travel expertise to proactively provide, suggest, and sell additional services while ensuring adherence to company travel policies. Delivering creative solutions in urgent travel situations to support our most valued clients. Collaborating with your team to achieve shared business goals, including customer satisfaction, adherence to call metrics, and service performance. What We Seek in Candidates: Experience as a Corporate Travel Counselor, with a solid understanding of fare structures and ticketing for car, air, and hotel bookings. A passion for providing outstanding corporate client service, including the ability to anticipate client needs proactively. Preferred proficiency in Native Sabre, though not mandatory. Basic computer navigation skills, with the capability to multitask across various applications. Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Meticulous attention to detail. A proven ability to resolve client issues swiftly and autonomously. A team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback for continuous improvement. Note: Our Key Client Afterhours Service team operates 24/7, so flexibility to work varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $46,200.00 - $85,800.00, depending on factors such as role complexity, candidate's experience, skills, and work location. In addition to salary, there is an opportunity for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
