Your role and responsibilities The Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in our delivery practice leadership team. You will collaborate with project teams to provide expert advice, guide the implementation scope, design innovative solutions, and ensure successful engagement for Cloud ERP Financials projects. Key responsibilities include: Delivery Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials ERP solutions, offering hands-on contributions to the design, development, and integration processes. Create and support enterprise design and integration solutions between Oracle Cloud ERP and various enterprise systems. Engage collaboratively with client stakeholders to grasp their business needs, provide strategic insights, and architect tailored solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud Financials. Design comprehensive solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices by utilizing your expertise and input from the team. Work alongside technical teams to design and implement smooth integrations between Oracle Cloud Financials and third-party systems to facilitate seamless data movement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, workstream leads, and project managers, to achieve desired project outcomes. Configure Oracle Cloud applications effectively with workstream leads, leveraging built-in features to meet specific requirements. Partner with technical teams to optimize application performance through fine-tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting efforts. Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure solutions meet functional, technical, security, and business requirements. Prepare comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides. Establish best practices within the Oracle Cloud ERP Financials suite (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Expenses, Cash Management, Fixed Assets). Pre-sales/Sales Facilitate initial discovery calls to assess and map customer needs to Oracle Cloud Financials applications. Assist in developing proposals and statements of work. Demonstrate Oracle Cloud Financials capabilities to prospective clients. Remain informed about all service offerings and Oracle product updates through continuous learning, conferences, and webinars. Collaborate with the Delivery Director and Sales Team to craft realistic, implementable solutions that merge client requirements with software capabilities. Stay updated with current releases, features, and practices, sharing insights with the team. Act as a senior advisor to clients regarding designs and best practices. Required technical and professional expertise Post-secondary degree from an accredited institution (Finance or Accounting concentration preferred). 7-10 years of experience as a delivery consultant, with at least 3 years in a senior delivery lead or Solution Architect role, demonstrating effective leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams. In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials, including GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Expenses, and Taxes. Comprehensive knowledge of accounting processes, workflows, and their relationship to application functionality and client business requirements. Adept at analyzing complex business processes, identifying risks, and proposing effective solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud ERP. Skilled in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud applications to fulfill client needs. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Capable of working both collaboratively and independently with minimal guidance. Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail. Preferred technical and professional experience Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in an accessible manner.
