Job Summary:This role is critical for supporting the post-merger integration of Commercial Systems including CPQ, CRM, and Sales Technology. The successful candidate will coordinate across various teams to ensure a smooth transition of the acquired sales organization to a new Quote-to-Cash architecture, maintaining aggressive timelines. A strong focus will be on facilitating readiness, coordinating integration milestones, and driving the execution of IT workstreams within the context of M&A activities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the execution and coordination of CPQ, CRM, and Sales Operations integration workstreams for post-merger activities. Track progress and dependencies across CPQ projects, ensuring product catalog alignment and quoting readiness. Support technical teams in system access, data mapping, and ensuring reporting continuity for the sales force. Translate integration strategies and business requirements into actionable IT tasks and deliverables. Act as a liaison between IT, Sales Ops, and Finance, ensuring system migrations and platform consolidations are delivered efficiently. Must-Have Skills: Experience in M&A integration program delivery. Strong cross-domain execution and dependency management capabilities. Proficiency in enterprise platforms, technology, and integration strategies. Industry Experience: Experience in IT integration within Sales, CPQ, and CRM domains, preferably in a fast-paced, post-merger environment.
