We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Product Management Team Lead to grow our products and services. About the Role As the Product Management Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding and scaling a high-performing team of Product Managers. You will steer product strategy, ensure alignment of product roadmaps with customer and business priorities, and promote effective collaboration across various teams including engineering, design, and client-facing groups. This is a full-time, permanent role with flexible hours and support for remote work, alongside occasional travel for strategic meetings and customer engagements. Role Responsibilities Lead and nurture a team of Product Managers, fostering strong product thinking and execution. Drive multi-product strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives. Oversee product discovery and delivery, ensuring consistent product quality. Collaborate with Engineering, UX, QA, and Solutions teams to provide scalable features while maintaining long-term product vision. Champion user research and customer feedback to shape product direction. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and maintain our competitive advantage. Represent product strategy in discussions with key customers and stakeholders. Establish transparent product processes, effectively communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements 8-10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role. A proven track record of successfully delivering SaaS products in agile environments. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees preferred. Experience in EdTech, assessments, certification, or remote proctoring is advantageous. A data-driven mindset with a focus on defining KPIs. Experience in market research and competitive analysis. Familiarity with AI tools to enhance product strategies and execution. Skilled in developing actionable product roadmaps. Proven ability to lead through influence across diverse teams. Experience working closely with UX designers to create user-centered products.
