Position Overview: Customer Experience Specialist The Customer Experience Specialist (CES) is essential in interacting with customers while maintaining a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor. You'll be instrumental in delivering a Five-Star Customer Service Experience. Reporting to the Store Manager and collaborating closely with the Operations Supervisor/Manager, you'll support various store functions, including the welcome desk, cash wrap, inventory management, and everyday operations, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities: Welcome all customers enthusiastically via phone, virtual chats, and in person, using clear communication tailored to their needs. Utilize systems effectively to manage customer flow and deliver a Five-Star Customer Service experience. Adhere to our service vows: Be Prepared, Be Welcoming, Meet Needs, and Be There for every customer. Provide exceptional service to several customers simultaneously while contributing to the store's mission of Five-Star Customer Service. Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, knowing when to escalate issues to management. Communicate the importance of alterations in enhancing the dress for special occasions, working with the Alterations department. Promote our alteration services and personalization options to customers. Maintain store standards for a seamless shopping experience. Uphold a professional appearance to comply with the Dress Code policy. Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate product and service information. Build and foster long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Engage in inventory management tasks, ensuring quality standards for all merchandise. Support cash wrap activities and process transactions accurately, ensuring each customer feels valued. Assist with sales promotions and visual merchandising updates. Perform additional duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Occasionally required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; reach for tools and objects; climb stairs; and communicate with customers. May need to lift items up to 25 pounds and have visual ability for close and distance tasks. Education & Experience: High school diploma or an equivalent, with 1-2 years of retail experience in an apparel or service environment preferred.
