Job ID: 2600409 Role Summary/Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic Vice President, PRISM Product Manager to drive agile transformations that enhance growth and optimize AMTF processes within the PRISM framework. This leadership role will facilitate cross-functional collaboration among business and product owners, technical teams, and other pillars within PRISM. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for problem-solving, coupled with extensive knowledge of credit processes, project management expertise, and technical proficiency. Key Responsibilities: Deliver innovative capabilities, enhancements, and features across Credit AMTF Train, with additional support for Collections as necessary. Maintain stakeholder engagement by managing expectations and demonstrating flexibility. Coordinate priorities and inputs from AMTF Credit & Fraud strategy, implementation teams, and IT, while collaborating with other Agile teams within the Synchrony Scaled Agile Train. Lead PI Planning sessions to establish priorities, commitments, and stretch goals for AMTF capabilities. Provide regular updates on commitments, status, and timelines to PRISM leadership. Work closely with stakeholders (e.g., Prism Pillar leads, AMTF strategy and implementation teams, client teams, technology teams) to identify impacts and dependencies. Ensure timely progress on commitments, addressing and escalating roadblocks to senior leadership as needed. Engage in other duties or special projects as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer/commercial credit management, lending, or marketing in a credit card or consumer credit environment. Alternatively, 8+ years of equivalent experience in risk management or credit lending without a degree. 3+ years of strong technical experience with credit decisioning platforms and decision engines. 3+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner/Manager, demonstrating a robust understanding of agile methodologies. 3+ years of project management experience with a keen focus on detail, data integrity, and collaboration. Willingness and ability to travel for business as required. Desired Characteristics: Over 7 years of experience in the financial services industry, with exposure to technology, operations, or credit infrastructure. Strategic-level experience within cross-functional teams. In-depth expertise in credit processes. Experience with consumer and commercial lending practices. Strong consensus-building skills. A solid understanding of controls frameworks and data governance. Ability to convey complex issues clearly to diverse audiences. A curious mindset for data investigation and its business implications. Experience with Decision Engines (e.g., FICO DMP, Power Curve, Fiserv). 2+ years of programming experience in SAS, SQL, or Python. Postgraduate degree with an analytical focus is a plus. Eligibility Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Willingness to undergo a drug test and background investigation. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $185,000.00 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
