Are you ready to lead exciting roadway construction, sitework, excavation, and underground utilities projects? We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager & Estimator to drive all aspects of project execution. In this role, you will ensure timely project delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of projects while managing timelines, budgets, and resources for various installations, including roadway, sitework, and utilities (water, sewer, stormwater). Coordination: Lead and supervise project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and field crews to achieve project objectives. Financial Oversight: Track project expenses, develop detailed budgets, and manage change orders to ensure profitability. Quality Control: Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulatory standards. Safety Leadership: Implement OSHA safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and audits to maintain a secure working environment. Client Communication: Act as the primary liaison for clients, agencies, and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise. Risk Management: Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and proactively address potential delays or conflicts. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records, including progress reports, submittals, and closeout documents. Estimating: Evaluate project plans and specifications, create detailed cost estimates, and collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing. Database Management: Manage estimating databases and relevant documentation to ensure efficiency. Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management or estimation within roadway construction, sitework, or underground utilities. Skills: Proficiency in project management and estimation software (e.g., HCSS Heavy Bid/Heavy Job, Microsoft Project, Primavera, Procore), with strong analytical and communication skills. Knowledge: Familiarity with asphalt paving, grading, drainage, and utility systems; experience with DOT or municipal projects is a plus.
