Key ResponsibilitiesOptimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment modifications. Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations, defects, and non-conformances, implementing corrective actions. Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams. Monitor key process performance indicators, analyze data, and generate reports to drive data-driven improvements. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives utilizing methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma. Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. 2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and root cause analysis methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization and troubleshooting. Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) and safety protocols.
