Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory, procurement, and production planning. Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing logistics and inventory. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
