Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production. Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and process flow diagrams. Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed. Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement preventative measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and improve existing ones. Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering field. 2-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proven ability in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Experience with process design, P&IDs, and equipment specification. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and statistical process control (SPC). Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and quality systems (e.g., GMP, ISO).
