Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, APQP, SPC, Root Cause Analysis). Strong understanding and experience with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems. Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methods and data analysis for process improvement.
