Be the LPN/LVN You’ve Always Wanted to Be Your impactful role involves: Providing direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders. Monitoring patient behaviors, including vital signs and responses to treatment. Collaborating with Registered Nurses to report findings and implement care plans. Qualifications Current LPN/LVN licensure as per state regulations. CPR certification. One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.
