About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support our blood drive initiatives by attracting and retaining sponsors. In this role, you will play a key part in maximizing blood drive success by educating stakeholders and meeting collection goals. You will also provide support and guidance to our volunteers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract, manage, and retain blood drive sponsors and feeder groups. Ensure effective execution of the 12-week drive management cycle by collaborating with stakeholders to secure drive sign-ups. Work on territory plans alongside strategic planning efforts to meet collection goals and operational efficiency. Assist the blood drive coordinator with organizational support to achieve collection goals and provide exceptional customer service to sponsors. Organize educational programs for blood drive sponsors and volunteers to meet collection targets and comply with regulations. Maintain accurate records for tracking blood drive performance data. Utilize tools and technology to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. Provide your own transportation for business-related activities. What You Need to Succeed: Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications, or a related field. 1 year of relevant experience is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of customer relationship management, sales techniques, and negotiation skills is preferred. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively; event planning experience is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including training and presentation capabilities. Current, valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Some travel may be required. Physical Requirements: Duties generally indicative of typical functions associated with an office environment. Flexibility is necessary to meet unexpected needs. Travel to various sites may be necessary to connect with potential donor groups. Proficiency in using personal computers and applicable software over extended periods is essential.
