Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Install, commission, and modify new and existing production machinery. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including LOTO procedures and GMP standards. Conduct diagnostic checks and predictive maintenance to identify potential failures. Recommended QualificationsProven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software. Commitment to safety protocols and procedures in an industrial setting. High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
