We seek a Finance Systems Product Manager to join our Enterprise Applications and Architecture team, which drives automation across an integrated suite of enterprise technologies. This streamlining of business operations allows our finance team to focus on strategic initiatives. In this role, you will serve as our expert in finance business processes and financial systems, mainly supporting our ERP, NetSuite, and additional financial tools. Collaborating with our finance and accounting teams, you will gather business requirements to design scalable technical solutions that support our growth. You will work closely with product managers and business system analysts to create technology solutions that optimize finance processes. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to identify optimal technology solutions for enhancing finance business processes. Analyze current business operations, conduct fit/gap analyses, and convert business requirements into technical solutions. Partner with Product Managers and finance stakeholders to implement the product roadmap for NetSuite, Zip, Workiva, and other financial systems. Exhibit expertise in NetSuite for key processes like General Ledger Accounting, Financial Reporting, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash. Create essential product management documentation, including Functional Specifications, Data Flow Diagrams, and Business Process Mapping Diagrams. Design and implement scalable solutions within NetSuite and other platforms, including customizations, workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting. Collaborate with business system analysts and engineers across teams to develop and execute automations and technical solutions. Develop and lead test plans for features, managing integration and user acceptance testing with cross-functional teams. Troubleshoot production issues, prioritizing them based on severity and impact against the existing backlog. Support transformation initiatives to improve efficiencies in key activities, such as Month-End Closure and Financial Reporting. Conduct solution walkthroughs, application demonstrations, and user training sessions. Assist in documenting change management efforts, including creating runbooks. What We Look For: Strong understanding of finance-related business processes such as Order Management, Billing, Collections, Revenue Management, Procurement, Expenses, Payables, General Accounting, and Financial Reporting. In-depth knowledge of Record to Report finance business processes, including month-end accounting and financial reporting in NetSuite. 5+ years of experience as a system administrator for ERPs such as NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, and financial applications like Workiva and Zip. 4+ years of hands-on configuration experience across various NetSuite modules, including General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables, Payments, and Reporting. 3+ years of experience managing large-scale ERP implementations and integrations using middleware technologies such as Workato, MulseSoft, or Boomi. Familiarity with Agile methodology, including sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and Jira reporting. Experience in production support, incident management, and defect resolution processes. Eagerness to continuously learn new systems, take on diverse roles, and work independently in supporting finance operations. Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective interaction with cross-functional technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: CPA or Chartered Accountant certification. NetSuite Certification. Experience with middleware platforms such as Workato. A passion for the crypto economy and decentralized finance (DeFi). A background in the financial industry. Experience with multi-country and multi-currency ERP implementations.
