LOCATION: This is a virtual position (following training). Candidates must be within a commutable distance to our offices for training and meetings. HOURS: To be confirmed; generally 10:30am-7:00pm PST (11:30am-8:00pm MST; 12:30pm-9:00pm CST; 1:30pm-10:00pm EST). TRAINING: 5 Weeks, conducted during standard business hours. PHARMACY TECHNICIANS WELCOME! The Specialty Pharmacy Customer Associate II plays a vital role in addressing customer inquiries regarding pharmacy retail and mail order prescriptions through both phone and written communication. Key Responsibilities: Foster and maintain positive customer relationships while coordinating with internal functions to ensure effective and timely resolution of customer requests. Engage with various stakeholders including subscribers, providers, and administrators to deliver exceptional claims, customer service, and membership support. Conduct thorough research to provide proactive, effective solutions to customer inquiries. Own service requests to ensure high-quality resolution and follow-through. Assist customers in understanding their options and navigating technology and resources related to their healthcare journey. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and experience in a customer service environment, or a combination of education and experience that provides a comparable background. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Specialty Pharmacy. Certification or registration as a Pharmacy Technician is highly preferred. Experience in benefits investigation is a significant advantage. Familiarity with processing and interpreting pharmacy claims is preferred. Experience with diverse therapy types is beneficial. Strong critical thinking skills are essential for success in this role. The salary range for this position is $18.66-27.98/hr. Candidates seeking employment must be located in Nevada.
