In this vital role, you will serve as the primary contact for all project-related activities, managing a skilled team in a dynamic environment. Your focus will be on engaging with clients, establishing standard workflows, and ensuring compliance with Data Center standards. You will enhance team performance, improve deliverable quality, and elevate user expertise by advancing people, processes, technology, and tools. Key Responsibilities: Proposals & Industry Insight: Provide valuable insights for preliminary bidding and business development, identifying key applications and tools essential for achieving client and program objectives. Stay current with cutting-edge technology and industry trends to optimize project workflows and amplify client satisfaction. Contribute to the strategic planning for the program, playing a key role in its success. Draft and estimate proposals for new work within the program. Staff Development & Training: Effectively administer and delegate program tasks to Advanced Manufacturing staff with the support of the Integrated Design Team Manager. Guide leads and coordinators in the integration of client-specific workflows. Organize and conduct training sessions to enhance program staff capabilities. Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures to optimize engineering processes and workflows. Incorporate innovative strategies to achieve cost reductions. Collaborate with the Integrated Design Team Manager for efficient workload allocation across projects. Demonstrate a successful track record of leading digital delivery teams. Communicate proficiently, both in writing and verbally, with Jacobs disciplines, project managers, leadership, and clients. Exhibit strong time management skills and effectively prioritize tasks. Mobilize and form project teams quickly as required. Design Execution: Oversee design methodologies and foster continuous improvement throughout the project life cycle. Collaborate with IT and Operations Subject Matter Experts to ensure robust project technology support. Authorize access to critical data and coordinate across multiple departments, including COE technologies, project managers, external design firms, and clients. Monitor project schedules to ensure compliance with level of development (LOD) requirements. Aggregate insights from projects to generate actionable data. Create graphics and dashboards to effectively communicate information to project teams. Manage new product implementations from conception through to production launch and process approval. Track project progress meticulously to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor in the digital domain. Engage regularly with client Program Leads to enhance workflows and uncover optimization opportunities. Stay informed of market trends and actively pursue process enhancements. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Digital Delivery role is required. A technical, professional, or bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Engineering, or Drafting is necessary.
