The Crown Is Yours As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our fast-paced fulfillment center, supporting the growth of our innovative digital lottery courier product, Jackpocket. You will oversee the entire customer lottery ticket order process, ensuring each order and redemption is handled with precision and care. Your contributions will drive efficiency and positively influence customer experiences in this dynamic industry. Your Responsibilities Include: Managing and processing customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions to ensure every detail is accurate. Updating our systems with real-time customer order statuses and tracking information. Organizing and streamlining workflows to meet daily goals and deadlines. Ensuring all printing and scanning equipment operates flawlessly. Participating in various operational projects that contribute to the team's overall success. What We're Looking For: A flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and holidays, demonstrating reliable attendance. Experience in fast-paced environments coupled with a strong proficiency in technology and software, including Microsoft Excel. A self-starter mentality with keen attention to detail, capable of independently prioritizing tasks. Exceptional skills in customer service, communication, and time management. Physical ability to frequently stand and walk, as well as lift up to 25 lbs, supporting operations in a busy fulfillment setting. The hourly pay for this full-time position is $19.00, with available benefits. Our salary ranges are based on the role, level, and location. The range shown reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires in this position across all locations. Your actual pay will be determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
