In this critical role, you will act as a senior advisor to our executive team, offering insights that will shape our long-term strategies, growth initiatives, and acquisition plans. Your expertise will be vital in managing all financial aspects, including forecasting, capital planning, and driving innovation within our financial systems. The ideal candidate will enhance job-cost visibility, improve WIP reporting, and optimize cash flow performance. You will have the opportunity to build scalable financial systems and controls that support our rapid expansion, lead our M&A strategy, foster relationships with key external partners, and champion innovation through financial technology and data analytics. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance role, preferably in the construction or development sector. A robust track record of scaling organizations through operational excellence and strategic insight is essential. Your specialized knowledge in construction finance, including WIP, bonding, and project accounting, along with experience in M&A, strategic planning, and capital markets, will be invaluable. We seek an exceptional communicator who is passionate about mentoring a high-performing finance and accounting team.
