With 80% of sleep apnea cases undiagnosed, our mission is to reach those individuals and help promote wellness, leading to improved quality of life. WatchPAT is now available in key markets including the U.S., Japan, and Europe, where it stands as the premier home sleep apnea test. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and other team members to optimize coverage efficiency, including customer needs assessment and training coordination. Provide presales account support by generating leads through customer intelligence and social networking. Serve as the primary contact for clients post-sale, ensuring effective implementation, training, and project management. Act as the clinical subject matter expert in sleep apnea for healthcare facilities, building relationships with providers and staff to facilitate product integration. Engage with potential and existing clients, including physicians and healthcare groups, to understand their clinical needs and demonstrate how our products can support their goals. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, developing creative solutions in collaboration with the sales and technical support teams. Support clinical presentations and participate in trade shows, seminars, and symposiums. Remain informed on clinical and market trends within the sleep and cardiovascular sectors, sharing insights with team members. Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain Salesforce records accurately as required by the company. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Cardiovascular Sciences, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing preferred. Experience working with VA hospitals or large managed care organizations is advantageous. At least 2 years of experience with CRM systems or Salesforce. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the medical device field, ideally within sleep medicine. Completion of a recognized program in respiratory care or sleep medicine is a plus. Skills & Attributes: Proven track record of sales and clinical support engagement with healthcare professionals. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with clinical reimbursement processes and managed care policies is highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel 60% or more for client meetings. A positive attitude and ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions. Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audience sizes. Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to evaluate and prioritize solutions. Physical Demands: Ability to sit for extended periods. Frequent walking for travel within airports, hospitals, and client offices. Occasional climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching may be required. Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
