Director of Out-Of-Network Repricing Programs This role emphasizes collaboration and connectivity by requiring associates to be in-office 3 days per week, while still providing flexibility for productivity and work-life balance. Candidates residing within a reasonable commuting distance from an office are encouraged to apply. The Director will be pivotal in the creation and management of the Anthem Health Plan Out-Of-Network repricing program, which is client-facing and spans multiple states, functions, and years. This role will focus on overseeing the Out-of-Network strategy, operations, and client interactions. What you will achieve in this role: Lead the development, planning, prioritization, and compliance of ongoing external client-facing programs. Establish program governance to ensure effective issue escalation; develop program budgets and confirm objectives are met. Provide subject matter expertise for day-to-day business challenges, conduct research on industry best practices, and stay updated on trends. Manage external client relationships and collaborate with corporate and regional business units. Craft communication documents and training criteria that align with success measures for external client-facing programs. Create documentation to support presentations and track the program's success metrics. Offer leadership to program and project managers, typically reporting to an executive level. Oversee external client-facing programs that require management of activities and resources across multiple organizational areas. Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience in external client-facing program management, project management, complex business processes, or strategic planning is required; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience with Out-Of-Network repricing programs at a payor or vendor level. Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. The salary range for candidates working in-person or virtually in California and Minnesota is $121,176 to $190,026.
