Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all financial reporting, including month-end close, financial statements, and management reports. Manage and optimize the cost accounting system, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation. Lead the annual budget process and develop accurate financial forecasts, monitoring performance against targets. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial policies and controls. Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational decision-making, cost reduction initiatives, and capital expenditures. Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to optimize liquidity. Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team. Recommended QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment. Expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing methodologies. Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills. Proven ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
