Key Responsibilities: Deliver quality care in both clinic and telehealth environments while meeting patient volume goals. Support clinic staff, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, to enhance overall patient care. Review patients' medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and medications to provide accurate diagnoses. Enhance patient experiences by collaborating with clinical leadership and promptly addressing concerns. Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient documentation and medical charts. Implement clinical protocols as directed by the Chief Medical Officer and supervising physicians. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on their treatment options. Excel in a fast-paced, autonomous work environment that includes virtual consultations. Assist in onboarding and training new staff, fostering a cooperative atmosphere. Meet compliance, regulatory, and quality care standards as mandated by company guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Additional Requirements: Master's Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies; a current active license and certification are mandatory. 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred (in settings such as Urgent Care, Family Medical Practice, etc.).
