At Transcom, as a Product Partnership Manager, you'll play a crucial role in evolving our customer experience (CX) offerings into a technology-driven leader. Your product vision will directly shape millions of customer interactions. While many companies are still testing the waters of Generative AI, we’ve launched award-winning proprietary technologies that enhance quality assurance and agent training through simulations. With our robust infrastructure and extensive data, we need a Product Partnership Manager to integrate top-tier technology partners into our operations. Your Responsibilities: Own the Strategy: You determine which technologies we partner with and integrate, translating market needs into actionable requirements. Drive Economics: Innovate sustainably by creating business cases, setting pricing, and closely monitoring unit economics and ROI. Bridge the Gap: Act as a liaison among our operations, sales, clients, and engineering teams to align technical execution with operational realities. Go-to-Market: Lead the adoption of new technologies, ensuring our Sales teams have top-notch demos and resources to sell our AI capabilities confidently. Enforce Excellence: Uphold the highest standards in our CX product ecosystem, ensuring compliance with security and scalability requirements. Who We Are Looking For: A Builder: At least 5 years of experience in Product (Partner) Management (preferably in BPO, SaaS, or AI) with proven success in launching products from concept to scale. Technical Proficiency: While you don’t need to be an engineer, comfort with system diagrams and understanding LLMs and cloud technologies is essential. Outcome-Oriented: You focus on evidence and financial impact, making informed trade-offs even with incomplete data. Why Join Us? Requirements: Higher education degree or relevant work experience. Able to pass a criminal background check. Over 5 years of experience in Product Partner Management. Location Requirements: You must reside and work in the United States.
