This role is ideal for a doctor who enjoys urgent care medicine, likes working cases efficiently, and values strong teamwork and clear communication without the typical ER hours. As our first associate, you'll play a meaningful role in shaping how this hospital runs day to day. Dr. Berry is highly involved, approachable, and committed to building a people-first, collaborative culture where doctors support one another and practice high-quality medicine without cutting corners. Our hospital is housed in a beautiful, newly built facility with open, light-filled spaces. Everything here was designed with intention-from workflow to technology-so you can focus on practicing good medicine.
