Senior IT Business Implementation Analyst

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Business Implementation Analyst with a strong technical foundation and a comprehensive understanding of data center build processes. This role is crucial in driving business process automation, ensuring system reliability, and aligning senior leadership through impactful reporting. Collaboration with various internal teams and third-party vendors is key to our success in this fast-paced environment. 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis and technical implementation on a global scale. Hands-on experience configuring Oracle infrastructure for both development and production environments. Proficient in Oracle BI Publisher reporting and PL/SQL programming. Strong knowledge of Oracle Primavera Suite (Unifier, CIC, OIC, OPC, PIF), Fusion Apps, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Experience designing REST and SOAP API integrations across multiple platforms. Skilled in implementing systems to uphold global standards for project management. Proven success in delivering projects in complex and technical settings. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication skills with a knack for managing stakeholder expectations. Strong project management skills, including prioritization and risk management. Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to work independently. Experience leading cross-functional system implementations and change management initiatives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide initiatives in engineering, construction, energy, hardware, and operations. Provision and configure infrastructure environments for application deployment and testing. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test plans and managing the execution process. Work closely with product managers and engineers to convert business intent into clear functional requirements. Evaluate and integrate Oracle technologies to create comprehensive solutions. Design and maintain BI Publisher reports and dashboards for actionable business insights. Develop advanced PL/SQL procedures to support integrations and business logic. Ensure AI capabilities align with business needs and governance standards. Adopt a minimum viable product (MVP) approach for system functionalities. Enhance business processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions. Promote best practices in governance, testing, documentation, and release management to ensure system reliability.
