Employee discount program for company products. Working Hours: 2nd Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM. Must train on 1st shift initially for the first few months. Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in supporting the company’s vision and strategic goals within the Maintenance department. This position requires limited supervision while responsible for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the functionality and safety of our facility. Essential Job Functions: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and equipment. Conduct scheduled inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks. Design, build, or modify equipment, including creating documentation and quotes. Maintain accurate data entry for labor hours, inventory usage, and repair procedures. Assist in machine setup and installation of new equipment while documenting processes. Safely operate power tools and equipment. Organize and maintain tools, parts inventory, and maintenance records effectively. Contribute to the purchasing process by providing technical specifications for parts and materials. Adhere to safety policies and promote environmental compliance. Knowledgeable in NFPA 70E standards for electrical safety (certification audits may apply). Comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and ISO 9000/14001 standards. Physically lift up to 45 lbs and perform repetitive motions; able to stand for long periods. Foster a collaborative work environment through positive team participation. Execute other reasonable tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Education: Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in manufacturing maintenance. Experience: A minimum of 2 years hands-on maintenance experience, ideally in a manufacturing context. Training: Must be available for 1st shift training during onboarding (first few months). Preferred Certifications: Electrical safety certification, OSHA training, exposure to ISO compliance. At Koozie Group, we value diversity in our workforce.
