Your main duties will involve ensuring a superior customer experience while originating consumer loans, completing loan applications, establishing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Job Responsibilities: Proactively pursue opportunities to originate new loan business from both new and existing customers. Assess customer needs to recommend the most suitable consumer loan and voluntary product solutions. Complete loan applications, proposals, and offers for new borrowers, following up with pending applicants. Assist potential borrowers by explaining the loan process and answering questions about loan products. Take ownership of customer concerns and collaborate with management to develop strategies to address potential problem loans. Close loans, compile loan folders, and manage file organization along with other administrative tasks. Consistently meet or exceed loan origination goals. Oversee the daily servicing of a complex and growing consumer loan portfolio. Utilize analytical skills to efficiently resolve customer issues. Process insurance claims and manage daily follow-ups and payments, maintaining an insurance log. Deliver outstanding customer care through daily transactions, inquiries, and problem resolution. Manage incoming phone calls and regularly check the branch's voicemail. Build trust effectively with customers and internal staff by exemplifying the organization's core values, policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of sales experience in retail or goal/incentive-based environments. A professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong communication skills are essential. Ability to thrive in a high-performing, fast-paced, goal-oriented team environment. Skilled in managing priorities while maintaining close attention to detail. Basic computer skills; familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office required. Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history, and pass a pre-employment drug screening. Eligible for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products, based on a criminal background check by the state's department of insurance.
