Our consultants work closely with clients to analyse their needs, implement software solutions, and provide necessary training and support, ensuring the integration and utilisation of business applications to help clients achieve their strategic goals. As part of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP team at PwC, you will focus on understanding client needs, implementing ERP software, and providing support for Microsoft ERP applications. This role is pivotal in assisting clients in optimising their operational performance and achieving their strategic objectives. As a strategic advisor, you will leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional results. You will motivate and coach your team, collaborate on solving complex issues, and apply sound judgment to determine when to take action or escalate matters. You will also be expected to navigate through ambiguity, cultivate high-performing teams, and uphold excellence in service delivery, contributing significantly to the firm’s success. The Opportunity: As a vital member of the Business Application Consulting team, you will play a key role in leading the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions. In this Senior Manager position, you will oversee significant projects, innovate processes for operational excellence, and engage with clients at a senior level to drive successful project delivery. Your expertise will foster top-performing teams and facilitate the resolution of complex challenges, all while enhancing the firm’s overall success. Responsibilities Include: Lead and manage the design and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions. Guide large-scale projects to ensure successful outcomes. Innovate and refine processes to promote operational excellence. Engage with clients at senior levels to secure project success. Develop and nurture high-performing teams. Effectively address and resolve complex challenges. Deliver outstanding results that contribute to firm success. Support strategic growth and advancement of the firm. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. 10 years of relevant experience. At least one certification in ERP or CRM relevant workstreams, including: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Sales, or similar. Proven ability to collaborate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Architects and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional implementation results. Preferred Qualifications: Certified as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Specialist. Experienced in managing full project lifecycles and resources. Act as the primary contact for global application design. Skilled in creating functional specifications and design documents. Capable of estimating broad requirements and designing solutions accordingly. Participate actively in testing and quality management reviews. Facilitate Joint Application Design workshops effectively. Architect solutions while collaborating with technical teams. Familiarity with Microsoft BI suite and SSRS reporting services. The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, and location.
