We are looking for a motivated and analytical expert to join our Planning and Strategic Initiatives (PSI) team. If you possess strong communication skills and a talent for turning complex data into actionable insights, this is the ideal role for you. Your Responsibilities: Ownership: Take charge of specific business areas to create custom analyses and dashboards that drive actionable insights for stakeholders. You should be at ease working with SQL and adept at articulating findings to executive audiences. Subject Matter Expertise: Deeply understand your specific business areas and effectively articulate the implications to stakeholders. Build valuable relationships across the organization to define new operational strategies and collaborate with the leadership team on key projects. Creative Problem Solving: Excel in navigating through ambiguity by proactively identifying challenges and collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions. Effective Communication: Regularly update internal and external stakeholders about project statuses, potential risks, and milestones in a straightforward manner. Continuous Learning: Embrace opportunities for growth and continuously evolve your work process, including adopting AI technologies to enhance your effectiveness. Data Analytics & Insights: Collect, model, analyze, and interpret complex financial and operational data to produce comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate business insights and support data-driven strategies. This includes crafting executive-level dashboards that offer detailed exploration capabilities. Process & Operational Excellence: Develop and enhance business processes, workflows, and models aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness. Streamline existing processes and collaborate on organizational programs that leverage optimized business insights to shape strategy. Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and manipulate data pipelines that yield actionable business data. Hiring Range: The salary range for this position is $97,500 to $199,500 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
