PRN Home Infusion Nurse - Experienced RN Needed

Infusion Details: Medication: Gammagard - Infuse 25 grams IV once daily for 5 days every 4 weeks Length of treatment: 2 Hours & 50 Minutes + Prep Time Location: Metairie, LA 70005 Date of Service: Patient is due 3/12-3/16 Access: PIV - Hard Stick Pump: Curlin Pump Patient Preferences: The patient prefers to start treatment after 10 AM The patient is seeking an experienced, female RN Key Responsibilities: Administer immune globulin infusion therapies directly to patients in the comfort of their homes. Utilize your clinical IV expertise and compassionate approach to create a positive impact on patients' lives. Deliver personalized, one-on-one nursing care visits that align with the physician's treatment plan, including patient education. Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare team members. Qualifications: Active and unencumbered nursing license valid in the state of practice. Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross). Previous experience with IVIg is required. In-home infusion experience is preferred, although exceptions may apply. A valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance are necessary, along with access to a vehicle for business travel. A clear background check is mandatory.
