Overview: Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) provides essential services to long-term care and nursing facilities. We are currently seeking a talented Director of Clinical Operations (Registered Dietitian) to lead our clinical operations team! Collaborate with Human Resources and other stakeholders to recruit, train, and retain a skilled team of Registered Dietitians. Assign schedules and responsibilities to ensure compliant clinical coverage in client facilities and conduct performance evaluations. Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and engage team members through communication and development initiatives. Manage budget oversight, monitoring expenses, and revenue targets for clinical services. Utilize Company-approved systems to track and manage financial performance against budget. Oversee compliance with company policies and quality standards, conducting audits and reviews of performance metrics. Act as a clinical support liaison, collaborating with client organizations' clinical leaders. Engage in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives within the company. Ensure best clinical practices are integrated into food service operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field from an accredited institution. Registered Dietitian with current licensure by the state. A minimum of 3-5 years of dietary experience in long-term care with managerial responsibilities. Combination of management and clinical experience is essential. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Knowledgeable about industry regulations and able to implement necessary changes. Proficient in P&L and budget management. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory. Must pass a Motor Vehicle Check and maintain a valid driver's license. COVID-19 vaccination as required by law. Ability to lift/carry and perform physical tasks as needed in a clinical environment.
